About Warwick Spinners and Weavers
The Warwick Spinners and Weavers are a dedicated group of people, involved in all facets of the fibre arts. Warwick Spinners and Weavers Group are one of the oldest spinning groups in Queensland, established at the height of the wool industry in the late 1960s. Their activities cover all facets of the fibre arts including spinning, weaving, crochet, knitting, dying and felting. Members of the group will be demonstrating spinning, weaving, solar dying and twining over the weekend.
What you can do at the Warwick Spinners and Weavers studio
1. Felt Flower Brooch Workshop with Judy Donnelly 17 & 18 October 10am to 12pm each day. $35. Please ring 0417595178 to book.
The outcome of the class will be to make a lovely felted flower which can be worn as a brooch, on your dress, your hat, or handbag. All materials supplied, and a limit of 6 people in the class.
2. Cardboard Weaving Workshop with Janice Flood. No looms required and kit provided. 17 October 10am to 12 noon or 1pm to 3pm. 5 people per session (12 years and over). Cost which included sampler kit and notes $25. Email the Spinners and Weavers to book.

Access to the St Marks Anglican Church Hall is by Grafton Street or the public car park behind Warwick Town Hall. Toilets are located on the grounds. There is wheelchair access to the hall.
