INTRODUCING OUR ARTISTS
Sue Keong
Freestone Painter and Sculptor
About Sue
Living on the Southern Downs Sue Keong draws on landscapes and colours of the country to produce sensitive, flowing pieces that focus on colour and arrangement of everyday scenes. 2D artworks using pen, pencil, acrylic, watercolour and oils sit comfortably with clay, upcycled steel and limestone sculptures depicting the fleeting moments and a sense of nearness and harmony that we feel with our natural environment. Raising awareness in the community about how art enhances the well being of individuals, society and environment has played an important role in Sue’s art practice.
