ARTISAN REGISTRATION

If you are an artist or craftworker with a residential address on the Southern Downs north of Dalveen you are in the right place!
 
You are the very creative that we need to promote and share the vibrant arts scene in our region.  We invite you to open your studio (or create a pop up arts space at you home) for people to visit.
 
You must be in attendance on both days of the trail from 9.00am to 4.00pm.  You must also be demonstrating or performing your art/craft. This is all about making connections with people and conversations so we want more than a static exhibition.
 
NEW FOR 2022 - POP UP STUDIO EVENT - in the garden at Warwick Art Gallery on Sunday 6 November. This is for artists who want to be involved but who don't have a home based studio.

ENTRY CONDITIONS
 
ASSESSMENT is by a sub-committee of Warwick Art Gallery Inc. and decisions are final, no correspondence will be entered into.
 
Criteria for Selection will include:
  • Membership of Warwick Art Gallery Inc
  • Like and Follow CCART trail Facebook page
  • Standard of work, and adequate body of work to display
  • Authentic studio experience offering (i.e. what is your engagement/activity – note this cannot be changed once submitted)
  • Program preparedness and
  • Current Public Liability certificate of insurance from either your own business or the property where you will be demonstrating – this is a commercial arrangement you need to discuss with the owner of the property if you don’t have your own insurance – Flying Arts.com is one option but you need to make your own commercial/risk decision.
  • To keep the Trail fresh and encourage repeat visitation, artists who have been part of the Trail in 2020 and 2021 may not be accepted for 2022.

September Promotion begins
Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 November CCART Open Studios  9.00 am – 4.00 pm
Saturday 5 November CCART Dinner (tickets on sale in September)
