About Helen

Helen McConville has always been interested in the creation of artworks. She is also passionate about nature and recycling and sustainable lifestyles. She has been able to combine these interests by creating artworks from discarded metal objects. Anything that is looking unloved, she likes to repurpose. She makes a variety of small native birds and reptiles as well as domesticated creatures including poultry.

 

 

What you can do with Helen at the Swan Creek School of Arts Hall

Helen will be available to talk fully about her process and will demonstrate her twisting and riveting techniques. Morning and afternoon tea will be served by the Swan Creek Hall Committee.
